The EOS Organic Pillow Top Mattress is the last mattress you'll ever need to compromise on. Fully customizable — even years after purchase — the EOS lets you swap layers as many times as you need within the first 100 days until the feel is exactly right. Each side is independently configurable, so two sleepers with different preferences can both sleep perfectly.

The Pillow Top version layers 6" of luxurious organic latex over 8" individually encased coils with edge support, delivering a plush, pressure-relieving feel without sacrificing responsiveness. Every component is 100% GOTS certified organic — no glues, no adhesives, no fire retardants, and no added chemicals. It passes flammability standards naturally, through organic wool.
