Shipping policy

At My Sure Elements, we partner with trusted suppliers to bring you a curated selection of home décor and self-care products. Our products ship directly from our supplier partners, please note the following:

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Please Note: "Handmade and artisan items as well as, some furniture and furnishings are crafted and made just for you. Such items may require additional processing and lead times beyond our standard shipping timeframe. You will be notified of any extended lead times at the time of purchase."
  • Delivery: Some Furniture has "White Glove Delivery". Please plan accordingly in making arrangements to be in person to inspect and sign for your package.
  • Shipping times: Delivery times vary by supplier and destination, generally 5–10 business days within the United States.
  • Multiple shipments: If your order includes items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
  • International shipping: Currently, we ship within the United States only.
